Our place is a tribute to product and to tavern culture. It is a philosophy, a way of understanding this profession.

We are innkeepers, people chatting, laughing and making a fuss. We are tireless seekers of the best raw material. That’s why we go wherever it is necessary, to test it and bring it back home with us.

But we are also cooks and we want to put our experience at the service of simple recipes in which the raw material shines.

On our grill, delicious artisan pizzas are prepared daily, as well as the best products of each season and selected meats.
